Our 21 Point Cooling Check-Up
for systems in good working order
This service is recomended for Spring Time ( March through August )
1 ) Check head pressure.
2 ) Check suction pressure.
3 ) Record head freon temperature.
4 ) Record suction freon temperature.
5 ) Record indoor air temperature .
6 ) Record supply air temperature. Calculate change across evaporator coil.
7) Calculate subcooling and superheat.
8 ) Record amp draw on compressor.
9) Record amp draw on the outdoor fan motor.
10 ) Inspect points on contactor.
11 ) Inspect condenser coil for blockage.
12 ) Inspect high voltage connection to condenser.
13 ) Inspect low voltage connection to condenser.
14 ) Check air filter.
15 ) Check thermostat calibration.
16 ) Inspect evaporator coil for blockage (if accessible).
17 ) Inspect condensation overflow drain pan.
18 ) Inspect condensation drain line.
19 ) Check air flow to all supply air registers.
20 ) Inspect return air duct.
21 ) Adjust system charge with up to 1 lb. of Freon if needed.
This comprehensive inspection is for equipment in good working order. If your
system needs cleaning, we recommend our Cooling Tune-Up.
Non-working systems will require a diagnostic fee to determine fault.
